An Empirical Study on the Factors Influencing Talent Innovation in the Ceramic Industry of Jingdezhen

Abstract: Faced with the new opportunities brought by the establishment of the Jingdezhen National Ceramic Culture Inheritance and Innovation Pilot Zone, the ceramic industry must maintain dynamic innovation and replace excessive consumption of natural resources with creative utilization of knowledge resources and imitation innovation with independent innovation. The improvement of talent innovation ability plays a crucial role in this process. Through empirical analysis and research, theoretical model of the influencing factors of talent innovation in the ceramic industry of Jingdezhen has been verified, that is, the organizational innovation atmosphere will affect individual psychological empowerment levels, thereby affecting their innovation. Based on empirical research conclusions, focusing on stimulating talent innovation in the ceramic industry, five management suggestions are proposed.
