Abstract: UV-curable 3D printing ceramics prepared with photosensitive resin, reactive diluent, dispersant, photoinitiator and a variety of additives can be used for stereolithography (SL). The viscosity and solid content of UV-cured ceramic pastes play a decisive role in the forming process. The formula was optimized by studying the effects of reactive diluent on the dilution of the photosensitive resin and the dispersibility of the dispersant in the resin system, and the ceramic slurry with the powder volume fraction above 40% was obtained. The slurry was successfully printed and sintered.
