Abstract: Chinese classical literature contains profound humanistic feelings. This paper takes an insight into the themes of ceramic art works from Chinese classical literature to inspire creative ideas. It uses many excellent ceramic works in Jingdezhen to illustrate how Chinese classical literary themes are represented through ceramics and how they become the physical carrier Chinese classical implications.
