Abstract: In this paper, different preparation methods of 3D graphene are reviewed; the characteristics and applications of different preparation methods, especially those of self-assembly method, template method and 3D printing method are compared. The applications and properties of 3D graphene for gas sensing, pressure sensing, magnetic component preparation, catalyst, super capacitor energy storage, environmental remediation and gas absorption, etc., are reviewed. The structural optimization, performance optimization and application development of 3D graphene are explored at last.
