Synthesis and Dielectric Properties of Micro-nanostructure Co3O4 Ceramics

Abstract: Micro-nanostructure Co3O4 ceramics were prepared by the combination of solution-phase method and calcination treatment. The microstructure and dielectric properties of the as-prepared samples were then characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM and HRTEM. Furthermore, the dielectric properties of the Co3O4 powders of two different micro-nanostructures were researched. Results show the porous flower-like Co3O4 ceramics had excellent performances.
