Research Progress of High Curie Temperature Bi(Me)O3-PbTiO3-Based Piezoelectric Ceramics

Abstract: With the application of advanced technology, the operating temperature of piezoelectric ceramics is required to be higher and higher. Therefore, it is necessary to develop piezoelectric ceramics for high Curie temperature. This paper mainly introduces the structure, properties and related device design of Bi(Me)O3-PbTiO3 piezoelectric ceramics with composite perovskite structure, as well as the research status and development prospects at home and abroad.
