Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of the designed structure, the static mechanical properties of high temperature sample 1, medium temperature samples 1 and 2 of carbon fiber-reinforced composites were tested. The static open-hole tensile strength tests were conducted on the composite boards laminated with the above-mentioned three matrix samples in different manners. Results show that the ultimate open-hole tensile strength, ultimate tensile strength and elastic modulus of medium temperature sample 2 were 389 MPa, 6420 με and 42.6 GPa, respectively, better than those of high temperature sample 1 and medium temperature sample 1, while approximate to those of the same products from abroad.

Key words: carbon fiber reinforced composite material; statics; ultimate open-hole tensile strength; extensometer; strain response
