Abstract: A new era has started nowadays, in which technology, information and intelligence are regarded as the main competitive weapons.New techniques, cultures, and ideas of this era are also introduced into the ceramic craft production in contemporary Jingdezhen to leave on it the marks of the time while it’s carrying on its traditional. This paper uses a systematic approach to observe the ceramic craft production in contemporary Jingdezhen and summarizes the new characteristics of its technology, activity subject, and market, which prove that technology,culture and economy are the important contributing factors to the transformation of its system.
