Effect of Preparation Conditions on High Emissivity Metallic Ceramic Coatings

Abstract:High emissivity metallic ceramic coatings were fabricated using Fe2O3, Cr2O3, MnO2 and MgO as main materials. The effects of material composition, ultrasonic wave and sintering system on their structure and infrared emission were observed and the respective influencing mechanisms were explained, which would provide theoretical reference for further study on the mechanism of infrared emission.
