Abstract: Nowadays, cultural tourism has become a fashion in the era of economic globalization. The development of cultural tourism meets the requirements and trends of the times. This development is an important way to enhance the urban cultural civilization and promote the sustainable development of regional economy, and also plays a role in protecting intangible cultural heritage by the dispersal of the cultural tourism to some extent. There are rich and distinctive ceramic cultural tourism resources in Jingdezhen, and it is an opportunity for Jingdezhen to develop the cultural tourism industry. In this paper, the status and the utilization of ceramic cultural tourist resources in Jingdezhen are first described. Then the insufficiencies in the process of their development and utilization and the reasons are explained. Finally, ways to cope with them are pointed out.
