Abstract: Using zinc nitrate hexahydrate (ZnNO3·6H2O), tetrabutyl titanate (C16H36O4Ti), anhydrous ethanol (CH3CH2OH, AE) and acetic acid (CH3COOH) as raw materials, ZnTiO3 powders were synthesized. The effects of pH value, the precursor reaction temperature and heat treatment temperature on the synthesis of ZnTiO3 powders were investigated. It's found that when the pH value of the solvent is 2~3, the reaction temperature being 35℃, and Ti/Zn=1:1, Ti/AE=7:1~6:1, a nearly phase-pure ZnTiO3 powder can be prepared by heat-treatment at 800℃ for 4h.
