Abstract:orous silicon nitride ceramics have been a hot research area of wave-transmitting materials because of their excellent mechanical property, thermal property, and low dielectric behavior. In this paper, the preparation methods of porous silicon nitride ceramics were introduced. The recent research progress in the application of wave-transmitting porous silicon nitride ceramic materials at home and abroad during recent years were also reviewed.
