Abstract:Jingdezhen handmade utility ceramic wares have become increasingly valuable in an age of industrialization when mass produced products dominate the market. Therefore, it's of great importance to use the advantage of traditional Jingdezhen ceramic craftsmanship to expand the production of hand-crafted ceramic utility wares. This paper has provided some suggestions in this direction.It points out that the production of handmade utility ceramic wares should be expanded through the production on an industrial scale as an emerging branch of creative cultural industry. The tendency of this industry is also predicted.
