Abstract: In this paper，by determining mechanical parameter of mullite fibers，alumina-silicate ceramic matrix and their syntheticmaterials and by means of SEM and EPAM,the strength and fracture toughness of the synthetic materials to be tested has been observed. Thus it is affirned that the combination of the two materials are matchable and that the strength and fracture toughness of alumina-silicate ceramic matrix have been greatly im-proved.
