Abstract:Up till now,as we know, no method has been found of measuring the chromatographic parameters in separating continuously those 15 rare earths by using the gradient washing sample solution poured only once into the column.In this paper,the suggestion is that these parame tersbecalculated by revising the retention volume Vr so as to determine theoretically which column system should be selected, and a demonstration has been made in calculating the parameters B Rs,Nand Hbetween two adiacent elements with the revised volume Vr' as a basic datum.And the method used proved to be rational and the results obtained from calculations to be correspond to the experimental facts.
