Abstract:In the first part the paper stated the reasons why the porcelain bureau was established in Jingdezhen by the Yuan Court,which the author considered were covered several respects.Apart from“Yuan Su Shang Bai” white colour greatly cherished by the court then, there were still some other important reasons for the establishment of the Porcelain Bureau, that is,by the time Jingdezhen porcelains' were famous for its elegance with great varieties, and peaceful surroundings, as well as the needs of the trade aboard and so on.In the second part the investigations were made on the historical dat- as and records that potters of the Cizhou Kiln and Jizhou kiln were pro- perly moved to Jingdezhen.Production of the Yuan blue-and-white is belived to be greatly influenced by the Jizhou Kiln then.
