Research on the Estalbishment Date of the Imperial Kiln in Jingdezhen during the Ming Dynasty

Abstract: There are different views about the estabishment date of the imperial kiln in Jingdezhen during the Ming Dynasty. Based on the his torioal documents and archaeological originals, the paper points out that the imperial kiln in Jingdezhen during the Ming Dynasty was established in the 35th year of Hong Wu's reign (402 A.D.).
