MAO Shibo

Abstract: Professor Hu Xianya is a well-known Chinese painting painter in our province. He has a lot of freehand brushwork on flowers, birds, landscapes, and has also studied calligraphy and painting. In order to inherit and carry forward the national painting tradition of our country, he has conducted long-term exploration. After teaching at the Institute of Ceramics, he made many useful attempts and studies on how to use traditional freehand flower and bird, landscape decoration ceramics, and achieved certain achievements.

   In June of this year, during the fourth cultural congress in the province, the Jiangxi Branch of the Chinese Artists Association held a solo exhibition for Hu Xianya. The works on display were all his new works in the past two or three years (the early works were looted in the decade of catastrophe It's empty, which is a pity). From this exhibition, we can see that the old painter's artistic spirit is still in the spring, and his creative passion has not disappeared because of the torture of the "Gang of Four", which is very happy.
