Energy State Analysis of Ceramic Technology

ZHU Guihong

Abstract: Every change in matter is a manifestation of "ability" to take effect. Energy is composed of strength factors and capacity factors. The ability to push a substance is the force multiplied by the distance, the force is the strength factor, and the distance is the capacity factor; when the gas in the system expands to change the volume to the AV value, energy = PV, the pressure P is the strength factor, and the volume AV is the capacity factor. When a battery generates current, electric energy=potential X electric quantity, electric potential is a strength factor, and electric quantity is a capacity factor. When a substance absorbs external heat and raises its temperature, heat energy=CXT, temperature difference AT is the strength factor, and the total heat capacity C of the substance is the capacity basket factor . In short, energy is a physical quantity that measures the ability of an object to perform work. The discipline that studies the various chemical and physical processes used in the manufacture of ceramic products in ceramic factories is called ceramics technology. The various processes from raw material crushing, material reduction preparation, pressure forming, heating and drying, high temperature treatment, and decorative baking are closely related to their corresponding energy states. In the ceramic manufacturing process, mechanical operations, chemical processes, diffusion processes, thermal processes and fluid dynamic processes are all different forms of "energy" at work.Through the energy state analysis of ceramic technology,. It is possible to deeply understand the process principles of each process, and then find possible ways and effective measures to improve the sintering process, reduce the sintering temperature, and improve the sintering quality.
