Thermal Analysis of TIC Powders Synthesizde by Microwave Heating

Abstract:In this paper, nano -TiC powders synthesized by microwave heating and micron -TiC powders synthesized by a conventional method were thermally analyzed. The result showed that the oxgenolysis temperature of nano-TiC powders was about 100℃ lower than that of micron-TiC powders.
