Abstract: President Zhang Lao, Shan Minghao, with fat hou, born in Xinjian County, Jiangxi Province (originally from Yunnan Province), was born in 1876, the second day of the fifth month of the Bingzi year in the lunar calendar. In his youth, he had the ambition to save the country by industry, so he tried his best to introduce my country's long history and world-famous ceramic industry into a scientific way, creating a new era in the history of my country's ceramic industry.

    The principal's father was an official residence in the late Qing Dynasty. He served as governor of Anhui Province (that is, in charge of the province's administration) for many years. At that time, the wife only had more than two hundred silver patterns on hand. Many of the principal's brothers were still at the beginning of the year. The wife was a virtuous housewife, proficient in Chinese studies, advocating ethics and education, and managing the family with frugality and diligence. When he was young, the principal also read the four books and five classics with three lights and five reads, and he also passed the preliminary examination and the first test. Although the old principal was born in a family of thousands of poems and scholars, he had a unique ambition. In 1901, he decided to go east to study in Japan (the first group of students from Jiangxi Province to go to Japan) to absorb scientific knowledge. In Tokyo, I chose to enter the "Tokyo Higher Technical School (ie Tokyo Institute of Technology, hereinafter referred to as "Tokyo Institute of Technology") Department of Ceramics". The school had eight departments at the time, all of which were important disciplines for the promotion of Japanese industry. Its ceramics department was the only well-known department in Japan at that time. The graduates of the school were among the best in Japanese industry and were excellent in Japanese industry. Its history is similar to that of MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) in the United States and Cambridge University in the United Kingdom with equal prestige and importance in the British and American industries. The old principal had a pre-planned plan to revitalize the industry, with the goal of saving the country through the industrial revolution. Zun Qian will transform the long-standing and world-renowned Chinese ceramic products from the experience-making method that only knows the reason to the scientific method, completely innovate and improve, and establish a school to cultivate specialized scientific and technological talents, promote and carry forward.
