Abstract: The following new ceramic materials used in modern engineering are introduced. For example, oxides are heat-resistant bluestone porcelain (2MgO.3H2O3.5SiO2) used as contact agents for purifying exhaust gas, which are mostly used as heat insulating parts in engines with low thermal expansion coefficients. Porous aluminum-titanium porcelain (Al2O3.3H2O), high-strength alumina porcelain (Al2O3) and zirconia porcelain (ZrO2), etc.
Keywords: new ceramic material, low thermal expansion
