Abstract： This paper proposes a quantitative method for qualitatively evaluating the quality of engineering talents. The method is based on the teaching plan, with the help of a characteristic coefficient that can reflect the overall development of the moral, intellectual, and physical of the graduates-the quality indicator index E, which can determine and compare the quality and compare results of previous graduates.
