Abstract:  Party and government management cadres are an important force in colleges and universities. Strengthening the construction of party and government management cadres is a strategically significant task for colleges and universities, an important guarantee for developing higher education, improving education quality and management level, and strengthening ideological and political work in colleges and universities, and an important guarantee for scientific management of colleges and universities. However, the current situation of the contingent of party and government management cadres in colleges and universities is far from being able to meet the requirements of modern scientific management, and urgently needs to be changed and improved. This article discusses the construction of party and government management cadres in business schools, and discusses some views for research.
