Abstract:  In  the  light  of  the  fact  that  crown  ethers  with  selectivity  for  K⁺ have  selectivity  for  Tl+,the Thallium(Ⅰ)  and  Potassium  ion  selective  electrode  with  dibenzo-18-crown-6 as  the  carrier  have been  prepared  repectively in this work.The linear response range,seletivity and applied  technique of both the electrodes have been investigated.It is found  that the linear response range of PTl eleetrode with the active carrier is not very wide,and  this probably  handicaps its application.However,the pK electrode   has   good   properties. Applied the pK electrodc to standard addition method and potentiometric titration,satisfictory result has been obtained .
