Abstract:  In  this  paper,the  cycloid  pin-wheel  reduction  machine  is looked  upon  as  a  mixture system.Probability model of elements of inactivation  formation  is found  through stress-strength interference  theory.Meanwhile Monte-carlo analogue method is applied to calculation of the reliability of elements.The  result shows that the method has reference value for design and use of the cycloid  pin-wheel reduction machine.
