Abstract: Superoxide Dismutase (The abbreviation name is SOD ) mag be abstracted from the sourses of several biology. SOD (Cu. ZN-SOD ) has been got by separating and purifying from the red cells of horse blood. Besides the stability of horse blood, this paper studies the factors of temperature, metal ion which may affect the alive dismutase.
