Abstract: In order to study the synthesis of ZSM-5 molecular sieve film on the ceramic substrate surface and explore its physicochemical and biomedical properties, ZSM-5 molecular sieve film on the surface of ZTA nanocomposite ceramic substrate was prepared by microwavehydrothermal secondary growth method using Silicalite-1 as eed. The results show that ZSM-5 molecular sieve film with high crystallinity and regular surface was synthesized successfully on the surface of ZTA ceramic substrate. The maximum mean value of the relative density, bending strength, hardness and fracture toughness of ZTA ceramic substrate/ZSM-5 molecular sieve film composite were 98.8%, 455 MPa, 17.7 GPa and 5.8 MPa • m1/2, respectively. ZSM-5 molecular sieve film has good hydrophilicity, biocompatibility and antibacterial activity.
