Abstract: The ceramic slurry direct ink writing (DIW) technology is an effective way to achieve rapid prototyping of complex objects in the field of ceramics additive manufacturing while ensuring high precision. This paper conducts research on extrusion heads, process parameters of screws and motion parameters of screws. Through simulation of the extrusion and flow features of the slurry with different parameters, the technical parameters of key structures of the ceramic slurry precision extrusion equipment are studied to get the best equipment control parameters. The printing effect of the molded parts after parameter optimization is verified through experiments. The experimental results show that the forming quality of the printed parts can be effectively improved.
