Abstract:The effects of a dry granulator's rotation speed during spraying and granulation delay and its sprayer type on the particle size in dry granulation are analyzed by an orthogonal experimental method. Results of visual analysis, variance analysis and contribution rate analysis show that the influence of the three factors on particle size can be arranged in the following order of decreasing: sprayer type > rotation speed during spraying > rotation speed during granulation delay. A1B1C1 is the best combination scheme: rotation speed during spraying, 60 r/min; rotation speed during granulation delay, 60 r/min; sprayer type, sprayer 1.This process can get a high yield. It's also an economical and practical scheme.
