Abstract: Carbon fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composites are important thermal structure materials. Oxidation ablation is a dominant cause of degradation in the presence of oxygen. Liquid solution method is an effective means to protect the materials from oxidation. In this paper, research progress in anti-oxidaion based on liquid solution method was reviewed from the point of view of fiber protection, matrix modification, and integral coatings. Then the development trend and key problems were pointed out.
