Research Progress in Low-Fired Microwave Ceramics with Middle Permittivity

Abstract: Microwave dielectric ceramics with middle permittivity is a fundamental material for mobile communication within the frequency range of 4GHz~8GHz. Research status quo of low temperature firing middle-permittivity microwave ceramics isdescribed in detail, and some main systems of low temperature firing ceramics are reviewed. The existing problems and development trends of the low temperature firing microwave dielectric ceramics are indicated.
