Abstract: Jingdezhen is a city famous for porcelain making. To meet the needs of the the booming economy, ceramic enterprises in Jingdezhen should enhance their competitiveness through technological innovations. Therefore, it's of great significance to construct a creative platform for Jingdezhen ceramic technology. This paper analyzes the functions of this creative platform by observing the reality of Jingdezhen ceramic industry. After a review of the operation models for the innovative platform of industrial generic technology, it presents the strategic union for technological innovation as a pattern to follow in the operation of the creative platform for Jingdezhen ceramic technology. The measures to ensure the smooth operation of the platform are also suggested.
