Abstract: Chinese official ceramic kiln system entered mature stage in the Ming and Qing Dynasty. The establish and development of the imperial kiln in Jingdezhen contributed much to the status of millennium porcelain capital. The value system with innovate at the core of official ceramic kiln culture in the Ming and Qing Dynasty was elaborated, for example,institutional innovation and technological innovation, which greatly promoted the improvement of ceramic making process and the flourishing of ceramic industry in Jingdezhen. The innovation spirit was also the most important character which contemporary ceramic industry should inherit.
