Abstract:  Solid electrolytes include inorganic solid electrolytes, polymer solid electrolytes and composite solid electrolytes, which are important components of solid-state lithium-ion batteries. Solid electrolytes not only have high safety, but also exhibit high energy storage stability, long cycle life and high chemical stability. The performance of solid electrolytes is the most important for the commercial application of solid-state lithium-ion batteries. This article was aimed to summarize the progress in oxide solid electrolytes (perovskite type, garnet type, NASICON type, LiPON thin film type), sulfide solid electrolytes, polymer solid electrolytes and composite solid electrolytes. The development history, crystal structure, electrical conductivity and prospects of these solid electrolytes are discussed. The research direction of solid electrolyte is prospected.

Key words:  solid electrolyte; perovskite-structure; ion conductivity; dopi
