Development of Product Identity for Household Ceramic Design

Abstract:Development of individual identity in a ceramic product design can meet the needs of different consumers and help expand ceramic market. This paper explores the relationship between human senses and product identity and the roles of shape, color, decoration and image in the creation of ceramic product identity in image, color and vision in order to help artists produce household ceramics with both individualized identity and form of beauty.
