Some Progress in Consolidation in- Situ Forming Techniques of High Performance Ceramics

Abstract: The characteristics of consolidation in- situ forming techniques of high performance ceramics are introduced in this paper. Four latest consolidation in- situ forming methods (i.e. gel casting, direct coagulation casting, temperature induced flocculation and colloid vibration casting) are pres ented in detail, and new achievements of the studies on consolidation in - situ forming techniques are introduced briefly.
