Simulation and Analysis of the Grinding Process of Ceramic Tile Based on Matlab

Abstract:High quality ceramic tile requires the grinding frequency of every point on the ceramic tile surface to be homogeneous by all possibility.Practically,blanks are usually produced during grinding. Taking the PGJ polisher as the example, this paper described the process of precision ceramic polisher and built up the mathematical model for polishing process and simulation.Matlab was adopted to analyze and simulate the polishing process.The simulated model provides the convenience of adjusting process parameters for comparison of polishing effects,thus is of avail to the determination of polishing parameters and the control of polishing quality.
