Abstact: Through test and qualitative analysis of dynamic characteristics of roller machine and the curve of forming force in forming process, the important factors which affcct the stability of machine operation have been stated from a new angle. In addition in this paper, it is stated that different operating conditions can affeet the quality of body forming.
