Development on Opague Glaze with Lithium at Middle-low Temperature

Abstact: By testing and studying, a opague glaze was investigated with high whiteness and low expansibility.This kind of glaze can be firing at 1160~ 1200°C and possess a excel­lent adoptanility for colorants.Its prescription range may be feldspar 45~ 50%,calcite 10~ 12%,quartz 30~ 35%, ZnO 5~ 7%,Li2C032~ 2.5%,clay 3~ 5%,and Zircon 14 ~16% in addition
