Abstract: As now in ceramic Industry, using ration diaphragm pump results in inefficiency, high work-consumption,short working life of diaphragm and inconvenience of operation and adjustment, a type of four-step variable-flow diaphragm pump has been designed by analysing and calculating，This diaphragm punp has  wide ranges of application, higher efficiency, lower energy consumption, convenient operalion and adjustment, long diaphragm working life. It is promising and ideal for handling of slurry，sewage and more difficult liquids.
