Determination of Ca, and Mg, Contents in China Clay by Calculation Spectre photometry

Abstract: The paper has made an improvement on the form of the Beer's Jaw expression, that is, density is shown with function of luninositY absorbed. With acid chrome blue K as colour developer and triethanol­amine screening iron Fe3+ and using spectrophotometer 721, the contents of calcium and megnesium in china clay can be determined simulta­neously by calculation spectrophotometry. The method is quite simple and convienent and its result is satisfactory.
