Abstract:Thepaper made comments on some works of Zhou Guo-zhen， porcelain sculptor,which representhis own artistic style,and also gave a brief introduction of hiscreative course.lt pointed out that the porcelain figures by the sculptor have shaped the characteristics in which one can read inherent beauty from the “rough"appearance。 And thesecharacteristicsalsoshowedthe Chinese fine tradition of arts in which more spirits are preferred to the forms.His sculpture is not simply copying from the nature but also seeking and creat- ing out of the nature.
