Abstract: The nevr views are put forward in this paper on the problems of a new style of art ceramics and application of coarse materials. It points out that the creation of a new style is bascd on the applica­tion of new materials; during the creation of art ceramic works, studying and applying new materials in order to create art ceramic works with a new style are the demond and necessity of the develop­ment of modern society.
