Study on Soft Core Phenomena of ZnO- Bi2O3 Based Varistor Ceramics Doped by Rare- Earth Oxides Accumulation and Surface Modification of Inorganic Nano- Particles

Abstract: The reason of accumulation of nanosize powder and the methods of surface modification such as the surface coating modification, surface reaction, microcapsule and some other methods of modification are introduced. The mechanism of surface modification is also discussed.
