Effect of Doping in Low- Temperature Sintering of Ca[(Li1/3Nb2/3)0.8ti0.2]O3- Σmicrowave Dielectric Ceramics

Abstract: The effects of ZnO addition on the s interability and dielectric properties of Ca [(Li1/3Nb2/3)0.8Ti0.2]O3- σ have been inves tigated.The ZnO addition lowered the s intering temperature of Ca [(Li1/3Nb2/3)0.8Ti0.2]O3- σceramics ineffectively However, The proper ZnO content could improve the Qf values , and the Qf values increased from 8730 to 11228Ghz when the ZnO content from 0 up to 3wt% . With the increase of ZnO content,the dielectric cons tant decreased,the τf Values were shifted toward negative direction, and the Qf value firs t increased and then decreased. The εr value of 37, Qf value of 11228GHz and τf τvalue of 0ppm/℃ were obtained for Ca [(Li1/3Nb2/3)0.8Ti0.2]O3- σceramics with 3wt% ZnO s intered at 920℃ for 4h.
