Study of the Effects on Prepapation of ZnTiO3Z powders by Sol-gel process

Abstract:ZnTiO3 powders were prepared, using tetrabutyl titanate, Zinc nitrate hexahydrate and glacial acetic acid as raw materials. The influence of pH value, calcining temperature and precursor reaction temperature on the synthesis and microstructure of ZnTiO3 crystalloid was investigated. When the pH of the solvent is 2~3, the precursor reaction temperature is 35℃, Ti/Zn=1:1, and Ti/HB=7:1~6:1, pure zinc metatitanate powders can be produced by calcining xerogels at 800℃.
