Preparation and Microstructure Analysis of La0.8Sr0.2MnO3 Coating on SUS430 Interconnect

Abstract:The sintering schedule of La0.8Sr0.2MnO3 (LSM) coating on SUS430 alloy was determined based on DTA and TG analysis of dry gel, and the LSM coating on SUS430 was prepared by Sol -Gel method. The SUS430/LSM sample was analyzed by X-ray diffraction, and the main phases in the sample were determined. The refined crystal structure of LSM coating was derived by Rietveld refinement of X-ray diffraction pattern. The line broadening of X-ray diffraction pattern of LSM was investigated, the dimension of global crystal grain of LSM was calculated, and the microstrain of LSM and the possible reason of microstrain were analyzed.
