Abstract：The PDCA cycle is one of the basic methods of total quality management. This method reflects the four stages that usually go through in the work, namely the whole process of planning (P), execution (D), inspection (C), and processing (A). The advantage is that one cycle is over, and it is immediately transferred to the next A cycle until the problem is solved, which is beneficial to the continuous improvement of work quality and product quality. In the process of implementing total quality management, we use the PDCA cycle method to carry out quality activities to reduce the spot defects of raw materials and overcome the "yellow dam" defects that are often caused by baked ceramic products. The 10½ estuary flat plate rolling defect of the main part of high-grade porcelain was solved, and gratifying results were obtained.
