Abstract： This article analyzes the contradiction of the self-consciousness of college students based on the actual situation; promotes self-awareness, but lacks self-knowledge; seeks self-realization but is unwilling to work hard; pursues a real life, but refuses to give love to the society and the people around it, and from the perspectives of psychology and behavioral science, it focuses on the ways and methods for college students to overcome their own self-consciousness contradictions: know themselves, accept themselves, have correct values, establish aspirations that suit their own situation, open themselves, and constantly adjust and adjust themselves.
